Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your XRC Empire order.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at XRCEmpire@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original tags attached where possible. Customers may handle or try on an item only as reasonably necessary to check its fit, appearance and condition.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed by XRC Empire.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, XRC Empire will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where an entire order is cancelled under applicable consumer cancellation rights, any standard outbound delivery charge that must legally be refunded will also be refunded.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
