These terms apply to purchases made through the XRC Empire online store at xrcempire.com.

Products
We aim to display product descriptions, colours, sizing, images and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device or screen used to view the website.

Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when we confirm the order and payment has been successfully processed.

We may cancel or refuse an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. Delivery charges are displayed before checkout and payment. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Stock
XRC Empire releases may contain limited quantities. Adding an item to a basket does not guarantee availability until an order is successfully completed.

Delivery
Orders are delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellation rights are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Website Availability
We may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, stock management or other operational reasons.

Intellectual Property
XRC Empire branding, artwork, product graphics, photographs, website content and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into, subject always to rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Consumers retain any mandatory legal protections available to them.
